Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Seventi's website, applications, and related services.

By creating an account, browsing listings, sending inquiries, accepting quotes, requesting payment, or otherwise using Seventi, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: March 3, 2026
  • Seventi is a marketplace, not the provider of the booked venue or service.
  • Bookings are formed directly between organizers and providers.
  • Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
  • Using Seventi means you accept these Terms and future updates.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Seventi AG ('Seventi', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). If you use Seventi on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Seventi.

2. What Seventi Provides

Seventi provides an online marketplace where event organizers can discover providers, send inquiries, receive quotes, manage event-related messaging, and complete booking payments.

Seventi does not own, operate, control, or supply the actual venue or event service listed by providers. The underlying event service is delivered by the provider, not by Seventi.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally capable of entering contracts under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials and for safeguarding your password and session access.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for truthful event details and for reviewing provider terms before accepting a quote or paying.

  • Provide accurate event details, timing, and guest information.
  • Review quote line items, validity windows, cancellation terms, and payment terms before acceptance.
  • Pay amounts due on time through approved methods.
  • Comply with venue rules, provider policies, and applicable law during event planning and execution.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, quotes, and fulfillment activities. Providers contract directly with organizers for services they offer.

  • Maintain accurate listing, pricing, availability, and policy information.
  • Honor accepted quotes and communicate material changes promptly.
  • Hold all required licenses, permits, insurance, and tax registrations.
  • Comply with consumer protection, labor, tax, and sector-specific legal obligations.

6. Inquiries, Quotes, and Booking Formation

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. A quote may include pricing, taxes, expiration, and deposit terms. Quotes may be revised or superseded before acceptance.

A booking is generally treated as confirmed once the organizer accepts an active quote and any required payment step is completed, unless the provider explicitly confirms offline under its own terms.

7. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

Online payments on Seventi are processed via Stripe. By paying through Seventi, you may also be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Seventi is free to use for providers. For in-app bookings paid through Seventi, Seventi takes a 10% commission. Provider payouts depend on Stripe account status, verification, and processing timelines.

Offline payments arranged outside Seventi are solely between organizer and provider and may not be protected by platform payment workflows.

8. Provider Pricing

Creating and maintaining a provider account on Seventi is free.

For in-app bookings paid through Seventi, Seventi takes a 10% commission and Stripe fees may also apply.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

Cancellation and refund outcomes are primarily governed by the provider's quote terms, cancellation policy, and applicable law.

Seventi may assist with communication but is not automatically obligated to issue refunds for provider-side non-performance unless required by law or explicit Seventi policy.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent activity is initiated, Seventi may place temporary restrictions on affected accounts while the matter is reviewed.

10. Content, Reviews, and User Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit (including listing text, images, messages, and reviews), but you grant Seventi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute that content for operating and improving the platform.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Seventi may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or legal requirements.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Seventi or interfere with platform integrity.

  • No fraud, impersonation, false identity, or deceptive representations.
  • No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
  • No malware, abusive traffic, or attempts to bypass access controls/security.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination.
  • No use of Seventi in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of Seventi is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Where required, we process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

You consent to receiving transactional communications electronically (for example, account notices, booking updates, quotes, and payment notifications).

13. Intellectual Property

Seventi and its licensors own all rights in the platform, including software, branding, trademarks, interface design, and related intellectual property, except user-submitted content.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Seventi for its intended purpose.

14. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Seventi may rely on third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting, geocoding, or analytics). We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party systems outside our control.

Third-party links or services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Service Availability and Disclaimer

Seventi is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that every listing, quote, or user interaction will meet your expectations.

Seventi does not guarantee provider quality, organizer conduct, booking outcomes, or legal compliance by users.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seventi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seventi's aggregate liability for claims related to these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Seventi in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CHF 100.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seventi harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, security risk, fraud risk, legal exposure, or misuse of the platform.

You may stop using Seventi at any time. Clauses that by nature should survive termination (including payment, liability, indemnity, and dispute clauses) continue to apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of Seventi after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Seventi are subject to the competent courts in Switzerland.
